Because the nature of the information contained on a patient page is very personal, theStatus LLC has setup guidelines to protect privacy and security regarding personal information submitted on a patient page.

Patient pages should be for you, the patient, your family, and friends, and should be about you, the patient. It is important to uphold the privacy of other patients and staff members at medical facilities. Therefore, posting information about other patients or staff such as photos, names, or email addresses is strictly prohibited. In the event you, the user or prospective user, do not comply with this guideline, your page will be subject to removal from theStatus.com.

Content Guidelines

In general, we do not actively screen or edit information transmitted or shared by users on our site, but we reserve the right to delete any objectionable page or remove any objectionable information from a page. You agree to place on theStatus.com only lawful and appropriate information. In addition, but without limitation, you may not post information that is:

  • Obscene, pornographic, profane, vulgar, or harmful to children

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site and/or Site-related services is to stop using the Site and/or those services.
